(Columbia, S.C.) – The American Cancer Society has announced a partnership with Trusted Choice^® to help support the fight against cancer in South Carolina by becoming a statewide sponsor of Relay For Life®. Cancer touches everyone, and involvement in Relay For Life is a great way for Trusted Choice^® to demonstrate their commitment to help the American Cancer Society save lives and create a world with less cancer and more birthdays.

            The world’s largest grassroots fundraising movement, Relay For Life mobilizes communities throughout the country to celebrate people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and provide participants with an opportunity to fight back against the disease.

            Relay For Life events are held overnight as individuals and teams camp out at an athletic track, park or other gathering area, with the goal of keeping at least one team member on the track or pathway at all times throughout the evening.
